Building Refurbishment

Claret Civil Engineering has successfully delivered refurbishment solutions across a wide variety of building types and complexities. We have undertaken enhancement projects to demountable building systems, listed buildings and industrial structures with work scopes varying from the replacement of individual building features through to complete changes of use requiring multi-discipline internal/external fit outs.

Roof Refurbishment

We undertake many flat roof refurbishments that often involve removing the defective roof structure and reconstructing with new timber joists and decking and finishing with asphalt or felt. We have also completed many pitched roof refurbishments that involve reclaiming the roof covering, repairing decayed rafters and re-roofing using reclaimed / new tiles / slate.

New Buildings

Many new structures have been constructed for our clients. We have often been involved from inception and have chartered engineers to oversee site investigations and concept design, also dealing with planning and building regulation issues. Many different types and sizes of building have been constructed from brick, concrete, timber and steel.
